Northern Business and Property Bar Association

The Northern Business & Property Bar Association (NBPBA) was the brainchild of Snowden LJ during his time as Vice-Chancellor of the County Palatine of Lancaster. It is the product of the coming together of the Northern Chancery Bar Association, the Northern Circuit Commercial Bar Association and the North-Eastern Commercial Bar Association.

The primary objective of the NBPBA is the promotion and development of the work of the Business & Property Bar on the Circuits. The membership of the NBPBA comprises and is open to practising barristers who are members of the Northern or North-Eastern Circuits (the Circuits), and a substantial portion of whose work is in the Business & Property Courts or relates to the work that falls within the jurisdiction of those courts.
