The JPLA North is delighted to join forces with the Newcastle Business and Property Court Forum<\/a> to assemble a panel of leading property litigators to answer your questions on property litigation in practice. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panel will be happy to answer your questions relating to case law, procedure, tactics and alternative dispute resolution as well as their personal experience as property litigators.\u00a0

The event will be chaired by\u00a0District Judge Hambler<\/a>\u00a0with a panel of\u00a0Simon Goldberg KC<\/a>\u00a0of Trinity Chambers,\u00a0Stephen Fletcher<\/a>\u00a0of Dere Street Chambers and\u00a0Stephanie Jarron<\/a>\u00a0of Enterprise Chambers. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your question is selected, it will be presented by DJ Hambler, who will be asking the questions on the night.

To ensure the panel have opportunity to provide fully considered responses, all questions for this event must be submitted by\u00a015 April 2024<\/strong>.

BOOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration for in person attendance is from 5pm for a 5.30pm start. The panel discussion is for an hour and due to finish at 6.30pm. The discussion will be followed by drinks when you will have the opportunity to network with judges, the panel members, PLA members and other legal professionals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a hybrid event. Please select either an in person or online ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
